We offer a 5-day return window, meaning you have 5 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Damages & Issues

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, refunds will be processed via money transfer in LBP within 3 business days.
